Be the ancestor who healed your bloodline.

Born in ceremony and nurtured through prayer

Miyo Wellness partners with nations, organizations, and individuals to foster healing that ripples across generations.

Our Mission

Miyo Wellness was created to make healing more accessible and to undo some of the damage caused by colonialism. I grew up learning about intergenerational trauma and witnessing its impacts on individuals, families, and nations. Miyo Wellness seeks to change that story and is working toward a future where our young people are born into intergenerational well-being and strong, connected communities.

Every day, we meet leaders, cycle breakers, and those in transition toward a better path. Change is not easy, and it’s not meant to be done alone.

Miyo Wellness is all about peace, privacy, and a regulated nervous system.

Therefore, I have chosen not to launch social media accounts at this time and am instead exploring other ways to introduce our services to the world. On many social platforms, your focus and attention are the product. To maintain your engagement, algorithms often display emotionally charged content that sparks anger, outrage, and fear. I don't want to be a part of that.

Inspired by the growing trend of snail mail art and poetry clubs, our flagship campaign is being conducted by mail. If you haven’t received a Miyo Wellness package and would like one, I invite you to reach out by text or email.

Andrea Bellegarde, Little Black Bear

“We invite Miyo Wellness to Little Black Bear on a quarterly basis. It has helped our team release stress and show up more grounded."
